Identified and expanded upon the brand’s core best sellers with consideration to emerging trends in silhouettes, color palettes, and fabric direction. Created detailed style sheets for multiple silhouette variations and color stories, maintaining alignment with the brand’s elevated textile standards, including rayon, silk, and nylon blends. Additionally, traced the potential supply chain backward to evaluate yarn and textile manufacturers specializing in high-end garment production.
